Your Profile Explained

Your profile will display the following:

  • A short explanatory paragraph detailing your main skills and experience
  • Your qualifications, professional training and any language skills
  • Your preferred roles and industry sectors
  • Additional information (such as: Only available part time, can work internationally etc)
  • Resume – a concise version of your CV that client searches will be able to access via the search facility.

 

Any potential client initially interested in hiring a candidate can search our database of depersonalised profiles (your name and address details are kept private) immediately without subscription fees. They are also able to print out a version of your profile and email this to colleagues or other interested parties.

When a client registers and is checked as bona fide by a relationship manager, they will then be able to view your complete profile including photograph.

If clients wish to find out more about any particular candidate they must either log into their account or contact us directly to register.

Maximising your hit rate

Clients will search either by role, industry or key words. It is vital that you position all of the key industry words appropriate for the roles you are seeking within your profile. Relationship Managers will be able to assist you in this area.
