What if an Candidate has been contracted to work for us and is unhappy with their role?
You should contact us and make us aware of the situation. Initially this is something that should be attempted to be resolved between yourself and the associates, however, if the circumstances are extreme you should contact a Relationship Manager who will do everything possible to help you and advise the associate to do the same.  top

What if the Candidate approaches us and asks us to go direct to save money?
You must inform us immediately. The candidate will be breaking their terms with us as will you. You will also be barred from the Service if we find out this has happened.  top

Will I have to pay any fees if the assignment ends after I have secured / won an auction?
Yes, if you withdraw within 24 hours of the end of the auction, then you are liable to pay the candidate the equivalent of 5 days fees. Should you withdraw 24+ hours then the you are liable for 30 days of fees.  top

What happens if an assignment ends before the contracted end date?
If the contract ends prematurely, you are obliged to pay 30 days pay or until the end of the contract, whichever is the minimum.  top

What will happen if I wish to extend the contract or make a candidate permanent?
Whilst we do not encourage the recruitment of candidates, we do accept that this may occur. You should contact us to arrange details.  top
